Refund Policy – PluginStore (Gangotri Enterprises)
At PluginStore, we deal in digital products such as WordPress plugins and software tools. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are considered final. However, we follow a fair and transparent refund policy in compliance with payment gateway guidelines.
1. No Refund on Successful Delivery
Once a product is successfully purchased and delivered (download access provided), no refund will be issued.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
The product is not delivered or accessible after purchase
The product is completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time
Duplicate payment made by mistake
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
Change of mind after purchase
Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
Incompatibility with third-party themes/plugins not mentioned in product documentation
Failure to read product description before purchase
